Many of new customers are worried about the quality of China made products. But, the fact is many of our customers indicated that our products are better than what is made in Australia.
We are family business. Only good quality products can make us grow rapidly from zero to middle size business in Australia. The key point is we have to carefully understand the requirement of customer and do not assume what the customers want. We ask the customer on every details before we start production, which annoys the customers sometimes. But, if we do not clarify properly, the customers will be very annoyed, if something wrong happens.
