The owner, Francis Liao, has been working in metal and galvanising factories in Asia and Australia from 2000. He has good knowledge and experience in Asia and Australia steel and galvanizing industry. He knows what you mean and also what the Chinese workers are trying to say.
China:
The general manager of China factory is Francis’s older brother. He has been working in one of largest installation company at his hometown in China as professional welder since 1986 when he was 16 years old. He should have welded millions of pieces of steel products. His passion and knowledge is on steel fabrication as his whole working career is welding. He is currently managing 12 full times worker in China factory. No worker in this factory is better than him in welding and fabrication. Hence, no one would try the short cut and never try the doggy job in fabrication.
