We are very careful and still use very old school method to confirm all the details with customers. Below is normally our procedures with new customers:
1) Customers to supply details of products he wants or drawing (including steel grade)
2) Customers to supply with sample
3) We will check and advise on the price
4) We will make one sample and send to customer for approval
5) To confirm on packaging
6) To confirm on loading and unloading
7) To confirm the delivery
8) To confirm on payment term
During step 1 to 4, Francis would visit your office to discuss the details face to face.

Minimal Order
Your order value needs to be over $20,000 to justify the shipping and customs clearance costs and achieve your 20% saving.
One container. One container can load up to 20 tons.
We will directly ship the container from China to your yard.
Lead time
It takes 6 to 8 weeks to deliver to your yard (depending on the complication of your jobs).
Payment term
1st order:
1. 10% deposit paid when order
2. 90% payment within 7 days after goods delivered to your yard.
